The more they talk about us the more impact we must be having on them. IMHO
as a "faithful witness", i never had to deal with this on a personal level.
i imagine the pressure must be extreme with the elders and others "supporting" you to do the right thing.. do you think you would have given blood to your family member, especially your child if you were in that situation..
I am ashamed to say I would have watched my child die rather than make Jehovah sad.

Caring about the public in general is not allowed unless it is in the form of offering magazines.

i have noticed the extreme lack of love in this group of people who preach love, love, love.. we recently had serious floods come through our area and the jws couldnt have cared less.
our 'worldly' friends did sooo much for us though.
raising money, giving gifts, cards, accomodation and so much support and hard work.. i personally think jws are one of the most insensitive, uncaring religions around.. three religious groups were absolutely wonderful during the flooding of our area.
If they can't count the hours then they cannot spare the time.
